By Train

DEG is five short blocks from the Davis Amtrak station. The Capitol Coridor has 10 trains per day, all of which accept bicycles. Walk west from the station along 2nd street and turn left on C St. DEG is on the right, #123, about halfway down the block.

Driving rom Sacramento and points east:

  • Take I-80 W to Exit 72B and merge onto Richards Blvd toward Downtown.
  • Go through the stoplight, and through the railroad underpass.
  • At the light after the underpass, bear left on First St.
  • Go two blocks and turn right on C St.
  • DEG is on the left, #123, about halfway down the block.
  • There is 90 minute parking on C Street until 6 p.m., and two hour parking on D and Second streets and sometimes parking spaces are available behind the building.

Driving from the Bay Area:

  • Take I-80 E to Exit 72 for Richards Blvd toward Downtown.
  • Turn right at the end of the off-ramp and go north on Richards, over I-80.
  • At the light after the underpass, bear left on First St.
  • Go two blocks and turn right on C St.
