Our employees have degrees and certificates in a range of disciplines, including master’s, bachelor’s, and associate degrees in mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, civil engineering, aeronautical science, biological science, CAD design, business administration, human resource management, liberal arts, and communications. Several employees are registered engineers with the State of California, others are LEED Accredited Professionals. DEG employees also hold more than 60 patents. We are active in our industry, with membership in ASHRAE, ASCE, Society of Plastic Engineers, American Solar Energy Society, Association of Energy Service Professionals, Davis Area Technology Association, Energy Alliance, Evaporative Cooling Institute, Geothermal Heat Pump Consortium, U.S. Green Building Council, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Minority Engineering Program, American Indian Society for Engineers & Scientists, Association of Energy Engineers, and IGSHPA.
