Jerry Best, DEG Senior Project Manager, provides business & management support, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, tracking, reporting, performance evaluations, and related administrative functions. He has over 20 years experience as a management team member for advanced technology assessment, development and demonstration projects funded by government, industry and institutional clients including the US Department of Energy, California Energy Commission, and investor-owned and public power California utilities.
Education
Jerry received his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University Sacramento in 1971.
