Pepper Smith
Pepper Smith is a Leed for Homes Project Manager with Davis Energy Group. She manages 3,000+ units enrolled in the LEED for Homes pilot program in California and Nevada through the certification process. She is preparing the program for full production to start in fall 2007.
In addition, Pepper is responsible for marketing LEED for Homes to the building industry and consumers. While relatively new to DEG, she was employed by the nation’s largest production home builder on their “green building” activities for three years before joining DEG. She has over 21 of years professional experience in a variety of increasingly responsible positions.
Education
Pepper's credentials include an M.B.A. from the University of South Florida and a B.S. in Merchandising/Marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi.
