HWSIM

The HWSim program simulates the energy and water use performance of domestic hot water distribution systems. The program was originally developed to model residential hot water distribution systems. The program allows the user to define key parameters affecting distribution system performance and simulates seven days of unique hot water draws for each month of the year. HWSIM output reports contain results on energy and water consumption, hot water loads, water heater energy use, and heat loss to the various pipe environments specified.

Version 1.0 of HWSIM is now available. You can download the installer below along with .Net v1.1 which is required for installation. No user support is available at this time
