Commissioning

We are now providing LEED commissioning and are available to subcontract to other commissioning agencies that need assistance with their projects in the Sacramento Valley.

Since our inception in 1981, we have provided mechanical design services, including development of specifications, review of submittals, post-construction inspections and performance monitoring. LEED commissioning is a natural fit for DEG’s experience and skill set.

DEG is familiar with the equipment used in low-rise to mid-rise commercial buildings, including lighting and mechanical systems, and with typical commissioning procedures and the LEED process. We were involved in the early development of the LEED program with the USGBC and are currently the LEED for Homes Pilot Program Provider for California and Nevada.
