Product Development

At the heart of our vision is the development of technologies that make better use of energy resources. We work with research laboratories, government agencies, and other clients to develop and test emerging technologies. We have played an instrumental role in bringing new technologies from promising concepts to practical, proven applications. Through testing and analysis, we help clients refine ideas to create marketable products. Technologies we have developed include NightBreeze, an integrated ventilation cooling, heating and air conditioning system; IDAC, a proprietary indirect/direct evaporative cooling system; and Night Sky, a thermal storage cooling system for commercial buildings. These technologies provide natural cooling, reduce carbon dioxide emissions, and cut energy consumption by 50 percent and more.
